Sandhurst Cadets Commissioned

Dignitaries including the Prime Minister, the district governor of Helmand Province, the King of Swaziland, the President of Yemen, the Prime Minister of Bahrain and the Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain in the United Arab Emirates attended the passing parade of 226 Sandhurst cadets on 13th August.
They were told they should take with them pride in their achievements, pride in the Army and pride in what they were going to do.
The full list and other officer appointments within the armed forces will be published in the London Gazette Supplement Number One on the 5th October.

The computer system downtime scheduled by the Insolvency Service as part of the Enabling the Future programme has been postponed.
Further information will be made available here as soon as a revised schedule is known.
The impact will be only upon winding up orders and bankruptcy orders, other notice types published in the London Gazette are not affected.
The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010

Amongst other revisions, the Rules, laid before Parliament on 10 March 2010 specify elements of standard content for London Gazette notices. Some of this is additional to the existing content of each notice.
Examples include date of birth (for personal insolvency), principal trading address, an alternative contact, emails and telephone numbers. Other aspects such as the inclusion of company numbers and registered office become the norm where relevant.
