Pursuant to sections 974, 978 or 979 of the Companies Act 2006
Notices may be placed by solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners or chartered secretaries or administrators registered with a recognised professional body.
The costs are based on the length of the notice but to give you a rough idea the table below shows the rates to which we work. The basic costs are for 20 lines or fewer with an additional charge for each 5 extra lines or part thereof.
