Winding Up Petitions (Partnerships)

Sometimes known in Scotland as Application for Appointment of Liquidators by the Court.

Winding Up Petitions should be advertised at least seven clear working days after the petition has been served and seven clear working days before the hearing.

This notice is placed on Form 4.6 and may be submitted by solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners, chartered secretaries and administrator members of the United Kingdom professional bodies in these sectors. They may also be placed by individuals or companies when accompanied by Form 4.2 and Form 4.3 from the court or attested by a solicitor.
