Change in Members of a Partnership
There is no standard wording for a Partnership notice. If you are in any doubt as to the content of your notice then please use the browse notices facility for examples.
Partnership notices can only be accepted when accompanied by the signatures of all partners, a signature from a solicitor attesting that all partners agree with the change or confirmation from the Managing Partner on behalf of the other partners.
