Water Resources

Pursuant to Water Resources Act 1991, Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003, the Water Environment (Controlled Activities (Scotland) Regulations 2005.

Notices are placed by the Environment Agency to notify users of applications to discharge waste.

These notices carry a fixed price so long as they conform to a standard format:

All costs include VAT and a copy of the Gazette.
